With your manager’s help and encouragement, you will grow in your current assignment and chart a course for your career. Along the way, you will receive valuable feedback and coaching and you’ll have the opportunity to learn from your co-workers - the best in the business.

Castle offers ongoing internal training in a variety of topics, including presentation skills, negotiation, project management, selling skills, finance fundamentals, management development, and more. Most of the courses are held in Chicago, which provides an opportunity for you to visit and build relationships at headquarters. Castle also has partnerships with several external training suppliers who offer courses throughout North America. We also encourage membership and participation in professional organizations as another form of development.

As an employee, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance for work-related courses and studies toward a degree at accredited colleges and universities. Tuition reimbursement covers a generous portion of your costs, provided you are at a "meets" performance level or higher and earn a ‘C’ or higher in undergraduate classes or a ‘B’ or higher in graduate-level classes.
